Since the creation of Hull Tax in 2002, our staff have assisted professional firms across Canada in matters concerning the collection, payment and reporting of the variety of sales taxes levied in Canada. Our specialists have provided service to a wide range of clients, including both public institutions and private organizations since 1996. We are focused on assisting accountants, lawyers and other tax professionals throughout Canada, and through them, their many clients. We have particular experience and expertise in reviewing past transactions, analyzing proposed new operations and structures, working through government audits and supporting challenges to sales tax assessments: all with the objective in minimizing tax payable with the least effort on the part of the client. We have also done recovery reviews for overpaid tax or under claimed credits, but these are carried out for our professional clients and not as a rule for their clients directly.
